Great site!!! I have been interested in Sophie Ward's movies/career since YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES (although the character Elizabeth dies in the end. Heartbreaking. I hate this specific thing about that movie.) I've always wanted to find a really good site about this marvelous actress. She acted in a Brazilian/American movie (which took place here in Brazil - in Rio Grande do Norte) some years ago (along with Andrew McCarthy). Well, Sophie is great. My best wishes for her. God bless her and her family

Sometime we forget who Our true hero's are. You stated that your coming out was only big news, because there wasn't alot of admitted lesbian, that's true but consider this two years after you came out Matthew Shepard was hung like a scarecrow, 3 yrs prior Brandon teena was rape and murder. I just wanted to say i admire you for being who you are and being able to stand out of the crowd.  I think you are a wonderful actress and wish we could see more of you on stage and film and tv.  I live in Glasgow and can't believe you work at the Citizens, that's fantastic.
